We are pleased that you would like to join a Body & Soul® Class! In our classes you will experience a safe, effective workout choreographed by A.C.E. certified fitness professional Jeannie Blocher.

Our Total Fitness Program Includes:


Warm-up
Hi/Lo Impact Aerobics (for all levels, from beginner to advanced)
Cool Down
Strength Training with elastic resistance, weights and pilates techniques
Stretching
