Welcome to the Body & Soul Online Store!
Over the years at Body & Soul Fitness our students and instructors have asked us to provide exercise wear and equipment that has our logo on it. This has developed into a line of items that we are presenting to you to purchase in our “Web Store.” It is our hope that as you wear and use these things that you will take the opportunity to share about Body & Soul Fitness with those who ask.

We have produced the first of a series of fitness DVDs for you this fall. It is available for sale right now! Click on “Fitness DVDs” to the left for more information about the workout and to order your Power Strength DVD today! This is a great strength training video for all fitness levels, beginners to advanced.
We currently have available a First Place 4 Health fitness DVD. Our Body & Soul Fitness DVDs are coming soon! Please check back with us, as we are currently working on new fitness DVDs that will match our new programs.
