A new thing to do for the holidays – Happy Planksgiving!

planksgivingThe holidays can be a time of stress and over-eating. We want to offer an alternative— fitness, faith, and service. Come to a free class, be inspired, get a good workout, and give back to your community!


Give thanks in all circumstances for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. (1 Thessalonians 5:18)



In the Oklahoma City area:
Attendees are asked to donate a canned food item to help those less fortunate.
Nov 15, 17, 19—7 a.m. at Surrey Hills Baptist Church (12421 Mustang Rd)
Nov. 17 – 5:45 p.m. at Holy Trinity Lutheran (308 NW 164th)
Nov. 18—6 a.m. at Oakdale Baptist Church (10920 N. Sooner Rd)
Nov. 18 – 9:15 am. at Oak Hills Church (178th & May)
Nov 18, 21– 9:15 a.m. at Memorial Road Church of Christ
Nov 18, 21—6 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Moore
Nov 21 – noon at Oklahoma Christian University gym
Nov 26 — 8:30 a.m. at Edmond Christian Academy (21477 Western Ave)
In Virginia & Maryland:

December 1— 7:00-8:00pm at Capital Baptist Church Gym (3504 Gallows Rd, Annandale) Donations graciously accepted for New Hope Academy, a Christian school in Franklin, Tennessee, dedicated to providing a classical Education from a biblical worldview to underserved children in the Franklin community

November 25—9:15-10:30am – Planksgiving Turkey Burnin’ workout in Williamsburg, Virginia at New Town Methodist Church. Donations gladly accepted for Elf’s Corner (children in our community can Christmas shop for family members).

November 30— 9:30am at Fourth Presbyterian Church (5500 River Rd, Bethesda). Donations will be accepted for hurricane relief in Haiti.
