Brad has extensive board leadership experience, having served on multiple non-profit and commercial boards over the past 15 years. He has also been an active volunteer in church and community activities. He has been married for 35 years to Mary and they have two children, one son-in-law, and one grandson. When together, the family enjoys spending time at their lake house, watching the Nats play, and open-water sailing. Brad is a graduate of the US Naval Academy and served as an officer in submarines. After the Navy, he entered the IT field and has held several leadership positions, including CEO of IES, Inc.
