I am a wife, mom of 3 boys, and a follower of Jesus. I started Body & Soul as a student in 2011 and became an instructor in 2014. I stepped way out of my comfort zone, but being an instructor is where God was leading me. I am an ACE certified group fitness instructor and I LOVE teaching Body & Soul!
