I discovered Body & Soul in 1992 when I was looking for a way to get back in shape after having a baby. Everything about it appealed to me: the exercise, music, and fellowship. As my family moved, I was excited to find classes in Arkansas and New Jersey. My instructor in NJ asked me to be a substitute instructor. I was a substitute for many years and was recently approved to be an instructor! I love teaching and look forward to meeting you! ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor.
