A LIFE TRANSFORMED FOR CHRIST
About six years ago, my sister-in-law brought me to this Power Strength Body & Soul® Fitness class. I enjoyed working out so much to great music that was
always uplifting me as I was leaving. I was not a follower of Jesus at the time. A year later I got laid off and one of the local classes needed help watching kids during their class. So I said I would help during that time since I had nothing else going on. So I got connected with the ladies in that class. That summer there were some free Body & Soul® classes at the church I attend now. I asked what kind of church this is, because I’d liked to bring my daughter to raise her up in church so she’d be able to know Jesus and all the stories that I knew growing up. Little did I know that God had a different plan for me. It’s been 4 years now, I am now in charge of Frontline ministries at my church greeting, I sing on the worship team and of course I lead a Body & Soul® class. All that God had done through my life before I was walking with him, He is now using to glorify His kingdom.
