Colene Rogers
Hi, I’m Colene Joy Rogers. I’m a certified Power Strength
instructor, and I love helping people grow stronger—physically, mentally, and
spiritually. I didn’t always enjoy weight training, but once I experienced the
transformation in my strength, energy, and confidence, everything changed. That
shift sparked passion in me, and teaching became a natural extension of it.
Today, guiding others on their strength journey is one of my greatest joys.
Outside of fitness,
I’m a keynote speaker, the author of Retention: Key Mindsets That Retain Top
Talent, and the co‑owner of a leadership consulting firm with my husband,
Jim. Together, we work with small and medium‑sized businesses to develop
leaders people want to follow. Before
launching our company, I spent 25 years in HR and 13 years in church ministry—experiences that shaped my passion for helping people grow.
Whether I’m teaching a class or coaching leaders, my goal is
the same: to help people step into their strength with confidence, purpose, and
joy!
