Our instructor training events offer the opportunity to begin building your fitness community right away with an extra Friday night workout. Invite potential students to join you for this fun "experience" class demonstrating all six of our Body & Soul® programs.
Saturday is a full day of fun, learning and movement. You'll receive training on how to:
- Motivate, encourage, and lead
- Infuse your class with spiritual encouragement
- Read choreography sheets
- Create lesson plans for non-choreographed programs
- Cue - verbal and visual
- Demonstrate modifications
- Use equipment - mics, music and more
- Learn how to teach virtually
- Teach for success with additional teaching tips
