Meet Our Instructors

God has called me to "Faith and Fitness" and I've been doing Body & Soul since spring of 2013 with Marcia Southard, which has been one of my greatest JOYs in life and huge blessing!  The FT staff accountant job during the work week does not bring the JOY that B&S does!  It's an honor to lead people in their complete wellness goals; in their Spirit life as well as Physical life. It is amazing! Sharing the Gospel, meeting knew people and humbly walk with them in their journeys brings joy to my heart! Praising God for this opportunity to reach and connect with others and be a Light for Jesus for His Kingdom. Body & Soul is an excellent Christian, Faith based ministry that brings results, new hope and huge encouragement and exceptional fellowship! :) Favorite Bible verses: Psalm 9:10 "And those who know Your name will put their trust in You: For You, LORD, have not forsaken those who seek you."
