Amy Stafford
Amy's passion is sharing the love of Christ through fitness. She is certified by the American Council on Exercise as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Amy joined Body & Soul Fitness as an instructor in 2001, and currently leads virtual fitness classes from her home in Florida. Amy's loves are Jesus, her husband Steve, her daughter Jordan, her son-in-law Christian, and her grandson Gideon. When not leading classes, you'll find her on the beach or hanging out at a local cafe.
