I've heard "movement is medicine"- this is so true! Our bodies (and souls, of course!!) are amazing creations and all people can benefit from moving in Body & Soul Fitness programs. Body & Soul programs have many exercise modifications so all individuals can successfully grow in or maintain strength, flexibility and balance. I've been a Group Fitness Instructor certified with the American Council on Exercise for over 20 years. I love moving and helping others move - and recharge spiritually - to the uplifting messages in the music used in Body & Soul Fitness!
