I've heard "movement is medicine"- this is so true! Our bodies (and souls) are amazing creations and all can benefit moving in Body & Soul Fitness programs. We show options so that all individuals can successfully grow in or maintain strength, flexibility and balance. I've been a Group Fitness Instructor certified with the American Council on Exercise for over 20 years. I love moving and helping others move and recharge spiritually to the uplifting music used in Body & Soul Fitness!
