Through group fitness, my goal is to have all ages and fitness levels in my classes enjoy exercise.  Group fitness is a wonderful way to develop relationships, promote accountability and increase longevity for exercise.  I am certified as a Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise and have been teaching group fitness classes for six years.
