Hi!  I'm a wife and mom of 4 and grandmother of 4.  I have been teaching group fitness with Body & Soul since 2003 and have been AFAA Certified for Group Fitness since 2008 and ACE Group Fitness Certified since 2022.  I work full time with SCDOT and am a member of Restoration Community Church in Hanahan, SC.
