Courtney Vinson
Courtney lives in Tallahassee, Florida, with her husband Craig, and son Reese. An Ohio native, however, she dreams of shoveling snow and watching leaves change colors. Courtney's fitness journey took off during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, and she is grateful for a mindset shift toward discipline, rather than motivation. Courtney is most grateful, however, to use fitness as a tool to point others toward Jesus!
