Join us for Body & Soul® Fitness classes—virtually or in-person—as our guest during the months of May, June, July, and August! Your invitation includes two full consecutive weeks of unlimited classes, completely free.

Getting started is easy:

  2. Contact the instructor listed via email for more information.
  3. If you're joining a friend, just have them let the instructor know you'll be attending too.

Be sure to bring your sneakers, water bottle, exercise mat, and weights (if needed)—and get ready for an uplifting, energizing workout experience!
