Although I have been active most of my life in sports and fitness, Body & Soul is that and more. No other program, in which I have participated, has such a well-rounded program PLUS the spiritual aspect that we all so need. 1 Tim 4:8. The music is uplifting and meaningful...chosen with God's direction and stamp of approval. It's a Praise and Worship session where an exercise program broke out! That's why I have been an instructor since 1999! I hope you enjoy it too!
