I am a Certified Master Health Coach, who loves God with all
my heart. I teach Power Strength for Body and Soul in New York. I am a wife and
mother of two sons. When I started my fitness journey, I had no idea God was
calling me to something greater than I could image. Because of His faithfulness
I am intentional, and I get to serve others into a whole, healed life from the
inside out with the help of The Holy Spirit.
