God connected me with Body and Soul during a lonely year of my life in 2016. As an Air Force family, we were used to moving, but I was finding it hard to connect the year we moved to the DC area, Body and Soul was exactly what I needed. My body got stronger though challenging FIT 360 and Power and Strength workouts, and my soul was fed through meeting and praying with ladies who love Jesus and exercising! While we soon moved again, I have been excited to bring the blessing of Body and Soul FIT360 to the Yorktown area of VA as an instructor (ACE certified !).
