Amy is the President of Body & Soul, teaches continuing education courses as the Director of Fitness Programs, and serves as the Power Strength Program Director and co-director of Cardio Strength. She is certified by the American Council on Exercise as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, having worked in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation clinics, private practice training studios, public gym facilities, and owner of a personal training LLC. She has taught Body & Soul classes since 2001, aligning perfectly her passion of combining faith and fitness to inspire others to wellness. Amy and her husband Steve live in Panama City Beach, Florida. Her life verse is Ephesians 3:20-21, "Now to him who I able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen."
